Choosing the right product and placing an order?

Which labelling product to choose?

Each clothing label product we offer has its own specifics. Stick-On Clothing Labels are easy to apply and easy to remove. They are applied exclusively to nylon clothing care tags (tag with washing instructions). 

Iron-on name labels are applied directly to the fabric and are very durable and long-lasting once ironed on. 

For shoe labels, we recommend shoe stickers exclusively. They stick to the top of the insole of the shoes and are very resistant to abrasion.

Clothing stamp is easy to apply, last through many washes and after washing, you can simply stamp your clothes again. The ink of the stamp is black, so it is advisable to use it on lighter clothes. 

Name labels are classic stickers that are designed to mark things, toys, school supplies, etc.

Can I use my own motif on stickers or stamps?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to order stickers with your own motif. However, we are constantly expanding our offer with new motifs. So send us information about which motif you miss in our offer and it is possible that next time you will find it on our website.

Are your products safe to use?

Our products are made of high quality and durable material, they do not contain any harmful substances, BPA or phthalates. All our products meet all EU standards and are therefore suitable for children. However, keep in mind that stickers are not toys and should be applied by an adult or under adult supervision.

Why have I still not received the order confirmation?

Order confirmation is sent automatically after payment is received. If you have not received it, the payment has probably not yet been credited to our account or you have entered the wrong email. Please also check your SPAM folder to see if the confirmation email has been placed there. Should you not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support, ideally by emailing [email protected]

Can I change my order after payment? (motif, name, number of pieces)

In order to ship your order to you as soon as possible, we start production immediately after receiving it. As these are custom-made goods, it is not possible to cancel or change the order (e.g. colour combination, text, etc.). So please check carefully whether your order matches your requirements before confirming it. Once an order has been created, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Wallstickers

Will the wallsticker stick on a rough (uneven) wall?

Wall stickers stick to walls with different surface finishes, but they stick best on smooth walls. However, it is always necessary to press the sticker firmly against the wall after sticking. The rougher the wall, the more you need to press the sticker to the wall. If you are not sure that the sticker will stick on your wall and you want to test the quality of the material before buying, we also offer wallstickers samples, that you can order and try at home.

Can I put the sticker on a freshly painted wall?

If you have freshly painted, we recommend letting the painting dry for at least 4 weeks before applying the stickers.

What if I apply the stickers crookedly?

If you apply the stickers crookedly, nothing happens at all. The adhesive on the stickers allows the stickers to be stuck on and off repeatedly. In addition, the stickers are printed on a special foil that is very durable, so you don't have to worry about damaging the stickers.

Can I apply the stickers repeatedly?

The wallstickers can be stuck repeatedly without the risk of damaging the sticker or the plaster.

Can I damage the plaster after removing the sticker?

Wall stickers adhere to walls with a variety of finishes, but please be aware that some types of plaster and paint may stick to the sticky side of the sticker after removal. Most often, there is a problem with the plaster, which has more coatings. That is why we recommend trying our wallsticker samples.

Can I apply the stickers myself?

Sticking on the wall is very easy and you can definitely do it. However, some stickers are so large that it can be difficult for one person to handle it. When applying large stickers, we recommend that there are always two of you. Stick the stickers gradually - first peel off the backing film in the upper part of the sticker, then place the sticker against the wall and stick it to the wall. Then peel off the backing film downwards and gradually stick the sticker on the wall. This way you can easily stick larger stickers.

How do I remove the stickers?

The stickers can be easily removed by slowly peeling them off the wall. No glue or other dirt will be left behind.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by credit card or via PayPal.

Can I pay by invoice?

Unfortunately, payment by invoice is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?

You can choose delivery via GLS or DHL to your home.

How do I get free shipping?

Order products worth at least 50 EUR and get free delivery.

What is the delivery time?

All of our products are made according to your specifications, so we need 2 to 3 days for production. Shipping time then usually takes 2 to 4 days depending on the shipping method and delivery location chosen. Our average delivery time is therefore 4 to 7 working days.

Before the start of the school year, delivery times may be extended to 14 days due to an increased number of orders.

Complaints

How can I make a complaint?

If your stickers do not match your original order or if they are defective, we will send you a replacement pack. Alternatively, we may offer you a full refund at our discretion. As the stickers are made to measure (i.e. only for you), we will not require them to be sent back. Please contact us at [email protected], ideally with a photograph of the goods being reclaimed and we will resolve your issue to your satisfaction.
